At an age when many children are still discovering their interests, Rafika Islam has already built an inspiring journey filled with leadership, creativity, communication, and continuous learning. Born in 2015 in Zigatola, Dhanmondi, Hazaribagh, Dhaka, Rafika is currently a Grade 6 student at Birshrestha Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College, Dhaka. Despite her young age, she has established herself as a talented and dedicated individual with remarkable achievements in education, communication, and skill development.
Rafika’s passion for learning and self-improvement has shaped her into a confident young achiever. Her areas of expertise include presentation, public speaking, news presenting, voice artistry, ESL training, video content creation, graphic design, and freelancing. Through her excellent communication skills and creative mindset, she continues to inspire other young learners to dream big and work hard.
One of Rafika’s most notable achievements is her role as an ESL Trainer at TESOL Bangladesh, a position she has proudly held since Grade 4. Specializing in Phonics, she helps young learners improve their English pronunciation, reading fluency, and communication skills. Her dedication to teaching at such a young age reflects both her leadership qualities and her passion for empowering others through education.
In addition to her training experience, Rafika actively participates in national and international competitions and academic programs. She serves as an ambassador for various educational and skill-based initiatives, including English Olympiad programs and other prestigious competitions. Her talent and dedication have earned her more than 40 certificates from different achievements and competitions.
Rafika is also Google and Meta Certified, a remarkable accomplishment for someone of her age. Her exceptional performance in international programs has placed her among the Top 10 participants worldwide, bringing pride and recognition to her community and country.
Beyond academics and professional achievements, Rafika is deeply involved in co-curricular activities. She enjoys poem recitation, anchoring, presentations, and creative performances that strengthen her confidence and public speaking abilities. Her hobbies, including reading books and drawing, further enhance her imagination, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
