Idrakpur Fort

Idrakpur Fort is one of the ancient structures located in Munshiganj, very close to Dhaka. If you want to see the traditional pattern of Mughal architecture, you can go and back on the same day.

About Idrakpur

Idrakpur fort is located in Munshiganj district, 24 km south-east of Dhaka. Munshiganj was an integral part of the famous Bikrampur. During the reign of Emperor Aurangzeb, Mir Jumla, the Mughal subedar of Bengal, built the fort of Idrakpur in about 180 AD. This brick fort was built to protect the whole area including Dhaka and Narayanganj from the then Mughal pirates and Portuguese invasion.

There is a rumor that this fort was connected with Dhaka’s Lalbagh fort by a tunnel. There is a circular enclosure at every corner of this high-walled fort. There are numerous quadrangular holes in the wall to shoot at the enemy from inside the fort. The only arched door is on the north side. In the middle of the east wall of the main wall is a circular platform 33 meters in diameter.

Almost every fort had this system to monitor the movement of the enemy from a distance. An additional wall surrounding this stage joins the main wall. It was built to strengthen the fort’s defenses. There are four towers at the four corners of the fort. The open interior of the fort surrounded by four arms measures 55 meters and 82.50 meters. It is surrounded by 6 meters high and .92 meter thick brick walls and Marlon designs on the walls. In the middle of the eastern walls of the fort are huge high round drums rising outwards to the east.

Surrounding this drum is an additional trapezium-shaped fort wall in the east. The foundations use bricks, lime-surki, used in the Gupta, Pala, and Sen periods. The fort was also found in the form of square tiles, bricks, laid on lined pitchers as a special technique of floor construction among the structures built during the British period during the renovation. Presumably, the technique was used as a moisturizer. Ichhamati, Dhaleshwari, Meghna, and Shitalaksha rivers are located within three kilometers of the fort.

The Idrakpur fort was declared a protected monument in 1909 as a unique masterpiece of Mughal architecture. Idrakpur fort is one of the 3 water forts of Mughal Dhaka. How to go Idrakpur fort is located near the old court office of Munshiganj district headquarters. From Gulistan, you can come to Muktarpur in Munshiganj and take an auto to the fort.

If you have your own transport, you can take the Dhaka-Mawa road and travel through Srinagar to Idrakpur fort. You can go to enjoy the nice roads and the proximity of nature. No entrance fee is required to enter the fort.

The Gray Exile

Ariful Abir

It’s midnight. A miserable solitude is wafting throughout the mist. Dense fog is flowing all around. I’m waiting for a bus at the Malibagh Rail gate. A strange hymn can be heard from the slum next to the road. There’s a fire that can be seen. And some people have gathered around.

After 10 minutes from now, all the buses in the town will be closed for the election. I need to get a bus heading for Badda. But the road is empty.

A dog is staring at me for some reason I am not aware of. Maybe it’s getting the smell of danger. Or maybe it wants me to give her some pieces of nan which I have in my hand. Bua was absent today because of illness. So, I bought some nan for dinner with spicy grilled chicken. Maybe the dog wants a piece of grilled chicken from me. I won’t give any piece of chicken, never.

The dog is itching its body.

I see a few people waiting for the bus just like me on the other side of the road. Some of them searching for a rickshaw that is available and will be available between the election. Should I take a rickshaw? Nah! It will cost much. I should wait a bit.

I can wait all night long, but I have to go home and wake up early in the morning. I finally managed to get a job with great difficulty. I won’t ruin it as long as it provides me money. Getting the salary after the end of the month probably the best feeling that ever exists.

A strange old man is coming towards me. Does he have any bad intentions? Probably he has. Probably not. The dog is getting closed.

“Hey boy! Hey sweet boy! Do you know which side of the road is perfect to get buses heading to Shahbagh?” The old man asked.

“I don’t know,” I replied.

The old man stares at another side of the road and suddenly disappeared.

I know from where he could get a bus for Shahbagh. But I just didn’t like the way he called me boy. So, I didn’t help him. That’s what I am. There’s an evil deep inside me. He shows up very often.

A drunk man from the slum is calling the dog, “aah aah tuh tuh. Here’s your food, aah aah…”

I saw the drunk man has a piece of bread in his hand. He is filthy dressed up. Even his pant is ripped somewhere. Only a jumper he is wearing which is barely stitched. Whatever, It’s none of my business.

Here comes a bus. Few people rushed here suddenly. Some of them are in a hurry.  Some are hijackers.

I throw the packet of my nan and grilled chicken to the dog and get into the bus. The dog was surprisingly stared at me. Not the drunk man. He was interested in the meal he gets after a long period.

The bus started moving.

Ugh! It’s too much gathering. I just can’t take it.

My phone is ringing. It’s my father. Let’s cut the call. I don’t like him.

Dhur! My data is on.

Wow! Himani is active. Let’s have a chat.

“Hey! Stop the bus.” people shouting from the road. The bus has stopped.

“Agao agao” people shouting inside the bus. The bus began to move.

“Where’s my moneybag?” someone screaming from the tail of the bus.

The bus is moving.

Let’s talk to Himani.

“I’m coming Rajshahi.”

“Oh! Really?”

“Yeah”

“When?”

“I don’t know.”

“You okay?”

“Yeah, I am.”

“Will you meet the girl you love, after reaching home?”

“Let’s see.”

“Badda, Link road, Gulshan-1”, the conductor is shouting. I have to get down. I need to get down from the bus. I need to get down from the world I am living. We all should. We all have to. Yet, nobody realizes.

“Good night, little bird.”

The bus has stopped. It stopped at the wrong place. A freight truck appeared out of nowhere. This is a mistake. This is a mistake that is no longer be atoned. I saw a hand grabbing a moneybag tightly. It seems to me it is impossible to separate the moneybag from the hand. But the hand is no longer to spend the money at all. And that was the last thing I saw in the world.

Beyond the pale

Beyond the pale

Ariful Abir

There are black clouds in the sky. Raindrops are announcing their arrival. The flow of the wind indicating that they want to go somewhere far away, too far from where they are now. They’re just rushing restlessly in one place only because they have no destination to go to. The shattering sound of lightning was heard somewhere nearby. There was no existence of anyone or anything in the road except a dead crow. A small leaf twisted into the wind and disappeared somewhere. Nilima was watching all this, grabbing the grill of the window. Suddenly, she sensed the presence of someone behind her and turned around. Her younger sister was standing silently by the door.

Nilima came to her and said, “Safia!”

Safia clasped her. Nobody knows how long they had been cuddling each other, they were stunned to hear their mother’s voice from behind.

Saleha Begam said in a serious tone, “Don’t cry. Don’t cry at all.”

About a month ago, Parvez came to see Nilima. They liked each other from the first sight. Their marriage was destined with the consent of the two families.

Parvez is an elegant man. He is tall with a square jaw that makes him look more gracious. His complexion is bright. And he has a beard all over his cheek. There is probably no handsome man like him in this northern region. He is generous just like he is gorgeous.  He recently completed his graduation and got a job as the assistant manager of a pharmaceutical company. After a month of work, he left it and started a printing press with his savings. And he succeeds there as well. In a very short time, his reputation in the business spread. Today, he was supposed to get married to Nilima. A phone call this morning affirmed that Parvez is no more. He went to buy a sari for Nilima and died in a road accident.

Saleha Begam said to her husband, “Don’t sit idly. I can’t stand lazy people at all”

Listening to his wife’s voice Mr. Matin became even more stagnant. He doesn’t care about anything nowadays. He just read books all day long. The only thing he is concerned about is Nilima. He asked his wife, “Where is Nilima?”

Saleha Begam replied nothing and left the room.

“Father!”

Mr. Matin has come to Nilima’s room. He loves his eldest daughter very much. Nilima took her father by the hand and sat him on the bed. At first, they both were dreary silent. No one said a word. A rustling noise came from the bookshelf of the room. It could be a mouse or something. Or it may be an illusion of the mind.

Except for a little while, Matin asked his daughter, “Do you feel guilty about this?”

Nilima remained silent. She tried to hide a little sigh, but couldn’t. Matin said, “When you were little, you used to get upset sometimes. Then you came to me and stood silently. I used to put my hand on your head. You used to grab my thumb and sit in my lap. And after a while, you would start to feel better. I know, nothing can break your heart.”

Nilima looked at her father and smiled a little. Mr. Matin finds many words in that smile. No one else has the ability to see the meaning of it.

“I won’t eat unless someone feeds me.”

Saleha Begam said, “Eat quietly. Don’t bother.”

After two daughters, Saleha Begam’s youngest son Sehan was born. Being the youngest member of the family, he grew up very fondly. Nilima loves him the most, even more than other members of the family.

Once, Sehan had a fever, at the age of four. It was very intense. Every one of the families was scared. At that time, Nilima used to awake every night and kept an eye on her little brother. The fever lasted for about 5 days. One night, Sehan was seeking water. Nilima gave water to her brother and assisted him to sleep. After a few moments of mumbling, Sehan falls asleep. Then, it seemed to Nilima that Sehan has come to this family as a little ray of sunshine. If he lost, the whole family will be covered by the darkness.

Nilima approached and started feeding Sehan. It made Safia a bit jealous. She said, “I also have to be fed.”

“I won’t,” Nilima replied.

“I knew it. You will return the lipstick I gave you last week.” Saying it, Safia left the table.

Mr. Matin and Nilima started laughing at this. Only Saleha Begam didn’t join them.

Safia is sitting in her room. The room is dark. It is full of an invisible solitude. In one corner of the room, a spider is tirelessly weaving an insatiable web. The rain has stopped long ago. Water is dripping from the leaves of a coconut tree next to the house. The echo of thunder can be heard distantly. And another sound that is heard is the ticking of the clock, ‘tick-tock, tick-tock’.

“Barapu!” Safia looked back in amazement and saw that Nilima had brought food for her.

“Eat.” Nilima seemed to give a kind of order.

“Feed me,” Safia said.

Nilima began to feed her.

“It’s a good thing that it happened, isn’t it?” Safia said it with a bit of hesitation.

“What?” Nilima asked curiously.

“That, Parvez is no more,” Safia said in a hoarse voice looking at Nilima’s eyes.

“Shh! Shh! It shouldn’t be said. Don’t say anything like this ever again.” Nilima said in a hushed voice.

Safia said nothing then. After a while, Nilima asked, “What good thing do you see in it?”

“That you’re staying with us for a little longer,” with a little smile on her lips Safia answered.

“Don’t say anything like that again, okay?” Saying it, Nilima hugged her.

“Barapu, I can’t think that one day you’ll leave us.”

“I won’t”

“Won’t you marry?

“If needed,” Nilima said with a fancy smile on her face.

They hugged again. They can hug each other in this way for ages. Although they argue with each other quite often, there is a sweet relationship between them. Because of Saleha Begam’s teaching profession, she couldn’t spend much time with her child. So, Nilima and Safia didn’t build up much intimacy with their mother. They choose each other for this.

Three years have passed. Mr. Matin is now much older than before. Saleha Begam is almost always sick. She was a teacher at a government primary school. She can’t go there anymore. She has been sent to compulsory retirement. All the responsibilities of the family are now on Nilima. Safia got married last year. She lives in Dhaka with her husband, now. Only Nilima did not get married. Saleha Begam has tried a lot to get her married. But Nilima didn’t show any interest in it.

One evening, Mr. Matin called Nilima to his room. He took Nilima’s hand and sat her next to him. He can no longer sit on the bed by himself as before. Matin put his hand on Nilima’s head and said, “I want to tell you something before I die. Forgive me for hiding this truth for so long. Forgive me, dear. Forgive me.” He began to cry. He couldn’t say anything more. His coughing started. And after a while, he fell asleep. Nilima heard Saleha Begam is crying from the next room. Nilima knows why Saleha Begam is crying. Nilima knows the truth. She knows why her name doesn’t match with her other siblings. She just doesn’t want to believe the truth.

It is gloomy weather outside. The wind is blowing hard. The sun is about to sink and the crows are all coming back home. A branch of a tree is repeatedly bent by the speed of the wind. It looks like it will start to rain soon.

Nilima is standing alone holding the grill of the window. Dense clouds have begun to form in the sky. A drop of rain declares its arrival. A mild roar of sky spread throughout the atmosphere. The blowing wind seems desperate. They want to drift away to somewhere, far away. But they are just rushing restlessly in one place only because they don’t have any destination to go to. Suddenly, Nilima sensed the presence of someone behind her like the smell of rain and turned back. Parvez was silently standing by the door. It was that Parvez with the square jaw. Beard is all over his cheek. And he is alive.

Nilima looked at Parvez with a blank stare. No one makes any expression. A fragile lizard was waggling his tail on the wall. Suddenly, she stopped wagging. After a few moments of silence, Parvez began to talk,

“I couldn’t go against my mother’s will. She found out all about you at the very last moment. And she couldn’t accept it. Last night she died. She wanted to see you before she passed away. It doesn’t mean that she accepted you in the end, but, because of me, she wanted to…”

Nilima turned around. She looked out of the window. A small leaf twisted into the wind and disappeared somewhere. Parvez approached Nilima. He put his hand on Nilima’s. Just like Adam held Eve’s hand in the past so that we can exist now. Nilima said nothing. They both looked out of the window.

The clouds in the sky have begun to move. A gentle breeze is blowing with the firefly. Seeing the speed of the wind, it seemed that they want to go somewhere, far away, too far. But they have no destination to go.

The man who sets the most beautiful example

Colonel Harland Sanders, the founder of KFC, is the man who sets the most beautiful example in front of people when they start suffering from depression due to one failure after another. After repeated failures, he rose to the top of success …

Name Colonel Harland Sanders. He owns KFC, the world’s first large fried chicken. From the beginning to the end of his life, despite the failures and grief, he achieved success at the age of 70 through his indomitable will and hard work. KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken is undoubtedly the most popular name in the world today after McDonald’s in the world of fast food.

KFC has more than 20,000 approved outlets in 125 countries around the world. And the name that is at the top of the menu of this wide fast food restaurant is the original recipe chicken. Made with a mixture of 11 types of spices, this mind-blowing taste of chicken fry attracts everyone, big or small.

KFC recipe chicken is also a universal order at KFC outlets. In 1940, Colonel Harland, the founder of KFC, started selling this chicken fry called Original Recipe Chicken with a mixture of the first 11 spices. Since then, the taste of this fried chicken has spread to different parts of the world unaltered.

In 2006, KFC surpassed the milestone of selling 1 billion or 100 crore chicken fries worldwide! But the life of the father of this fried chicken was not smooth. Repeated failures engulf Sanders’ life. Finally at the age of 6 he came and found success. The full name is Colonel Harland David Sanders. Born on September 9, 1890 in Henry Valley, Indiana. Father Wilbur David and mother Margaret Anne Sanders. Sanders is the eldest of three children. Dad was a farmer. He farmed on a farm of 60 acres. And that’s how the world would have gone to Sanders somehow. But suddenly Sanders’ life took a turn for the worse.

Sanders

In 1893, while working on the farm, David’s father, Wilbur David, broke his leg in an accident. Father Wilbur David died two years after the accident when Sanders was just five years old. After her father’s death, her mother, Margaret Anne, remarried in 1902. Sanders didn’t like his honest father’s family. After his mother’s second marriage, Sanders and his family moved to Greenwood, Indiana.

He left home at the age of 13 as a child of a poor family. Even before he dropped out of school. He started working as a farmer on the farm. But as a teenager, Sanders did not like farming. He then took a job painting Indiana police horse-drawn carriages. Leaving this too, he started working as a farm laborer again at the age of 14. Then in 1908 he worked as a car conductor in New Albany, Indiana. He did that job for only a year. Then he took the job of beating iron in the forge. But Sanders did not survive here. This time he started cleaning the ash tank of the coal-powered train.

At the age of 18 he got a job as a fireman at the station. At one time he also worked as a day laborer at Northfolk and Western railway stations. Colonel Sanders could not work in one place for long. Two years later he returned to Illinois Central Railroad. Started working as a fireman. Sanders lost his job four times in 18 years. He then started studying law at Extension University.

After finishing his studies, he started earning money after three years of training in an organization called Little Rock. Here, too, his obstacles did not end. Sanders ended his legal career after a heated argument with a client in Adalatpara. After a few days, he said goodbye to the legal profession. From there back to Pennsylvania. He took a job at the railway station. Not too long ago, he moved to Jeffersonville with his family in 1918 and started working for an insurance company.

Sanders could not stand anywhere. Because, he was of angry nature. So he lost his insurance job and worked as a salesman. He also worked as a store clerk. He got married in 1908 at the age of 18 and became a father at the age of 19. But at the age of 20, his wife left him and took the girl away. In 1920 he founded the Boat Company. Sanders made dinghy boats here and sold them.

At one time he also introduced shares in the name of the company to make the future of the company bigger. Most of which was owned by Sanders himself and he was later elected secretary of the company. This was the first success of his career. He opened a 140-seat restaurant in 1940 and started selling special fried chicken. This chicken of new taste is starting to gain popularity.

Kentucky Fried Chicken has become the world’s largest fried chicken company since Sanders turned the concept of “chicken fry” into a source of income in 1952. The old restaurant is today’s ‘KFC’. Which has 600 branches. In 1960, Sanders sold the restaurant to an American company for 2 million. Until his death in 1960, Sanders traveled mile after mile to see the value of his hand-made recipes. Never compromised on quality.

All the time wanted to live in the minds of people with their own recipes. Time is of the essence. So if you stick to something more properly than the mind, success will come. At any age, Sanders’ ideal was to present himself in a new way with new enthusiasm.

Ever been a day laborer, fireman, car tire dealer … ‘If you can’t do it once, see it a hundred times’, I have only read the poem since my childhood, never seen it in terms of reality. But even today, when I hear the success stories of some people, I think it’s not wrong! Everything is available if you want. I just want the concentration behind the desire and the desire to really get it. And today I am going to tell the story of someone who may change the way we think about life.

In 1922, Sanders became a secretary at the Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, Indiana. He left the job at one point because he didn’t like it. Not only that, he also sold his dinghy company for 32 thousand dollars. Its current market value is 3 lakh 9 thousand dollars. With that money he started a company that manufactures hydrocarbon gas lamps. His electric lamp company did not last long. Sanders suffered losses in the electric lamp business.

After overcoming various setbacks, Sanders moved to Winchester, Kentucky. There he took a job as a salesman at a tire company called Machelin. When the company closed in 1924, he took a job at a station in Nicholasville, and strangely enough, the station closed in 1930. In the same year, the Shell Oil Company in the North Carolina area of Kentucky offered him food services for station staff.

He did not have to rent a place there. It is enough to give a small portion of the dividend of the food sold in exchange. Sanders served a variety of fast food services, including fried chicken. The fame of Sanders’ food spread to alleys in Kentucky. He started a motel business in Asheville, North Carolina in 1939, but was stopped short. Yet Sanders did not back down. Sometimes a day laborer, sometimes a train fireman, sometimes an insurance company salesman, a car tire seller, a filling station employee and most recently a restaurant trader.

In the 1930’s, Sanders began selling a variety of foods next to a gas station in Kentucky. He cooked and served various South American dishes. Gradually the fame of the food spread around. Since then, Colonel Sanders has gained a reputation as a chef. People started coming from far and wide for the food he made. The ultimate success came in the hands of Sanders. And so Sanders gradually became the pioneer of the world’s failed people.

KFC currently has thousands of franchises around the world. Everywhere KFC has maintained its quality and taste the same year after year.

Starting from the gas station

In 1930, Sanders started a food business inside a gas station in Kentucky. In the dilapidated room there was only a small table. Sanders used to arrange lunch for the truck drivers at the station. Fried chicken was the only food item that took a long time to prepare. Apart from this, his ham and stick dinners were also very popular. Sanders opened a restaurant and sold chicken fry and iron skeletons.

Over time, Kentucky fried chicken began to gain popularity. But unfortunately that restaurant closed. Later in 1935 he started business again. In addition to the station drivers, Sanders also delivered chicken fried to order outside. This time too fate was not on his side. In 1939, Sanders opened a motel in Asheville, North Carolina. The motel business caught fire and it was shut down.

Sanders started the truck drivers’ food business at the gas station again. This time he took a 140-seat restaurant and started selling special fried chicken in his restaurant in July 1940. New flavored chicken fries are starting to gain popularity. Kentucky Fried Chicken is the world’s first large-scale fried chicken company. This ancient restaurant is today’s popular ‘KFC’. In just 10 years since 1955, its branches have spread all over the world. Now KFC has more than 600 branches but it started from a small gas station.

That is why the colonel is called

It’s normal to make such a mistake if you are not a resident of Kentucky. As many think, Colonel Sanders must have been the leader of the military at some point. The fact of the matter is that the common people of Kentucky, of course, respectfully called Sanders a colonel. And Sanders used the name to build himself up. But there is a history behind this name. Sanders came to the very end of his life and succeeded.

He received the title of ‘Colonel’ in 1935, when he opened a ‘Sanders Cafe‘ in a dilapidated room inside a gas station and traded in food. But in 1949 Sanders received the title of Colonel in the form of a certificate. This special honor was conferred by the then Governor of Kentucky. In 1950, Sanders began to present himself as a civilized and colonel in Kentucky.

Sanders presented himself as a unique man with a white beard, string tie and white vest coat. And because of the success of the business and its spread around the world, the name Colonel is on everyone’s lips, which has honored Sanders in his last years. Sanders, which changed the taste of chicken, started gaining popularity in 1950 by selling its own recipes in different states of the United States. Fascinated by his business and new flavors of food, the common people of Kentucky called him a colonel.

Repeatedly involved in trouble

Many were upset with Sanders for having a hot head. Even his own wife left him. But after stumbling from the beginning of his life, Sanders learned the reality and overcame various obstacles and moved towards his destination. He had to quit his job again and again due to his angry and hot head. So maybe he never got rid of the trouble or the trouble came to him again and again.

Evidence of this can be found in the fact that his shale oil and gas station ‘Hell’s Half Acre’ house was ransacked. Sanders was worried about his future. He was always thinking about how to expand his business. An aggressive marketing ploy was thrown at him during the signing of the giant fastfood’s massive campaign deal. This strategy was conducted by Matt Stewart, director of a standard oil gas station near the Shell Oil Gas Station.

Colonel Harland Sanders Memorial

Sanders was told in the deal, ‘Stuart chose the path of fraud to thwart Sanders’ business campaign. Stuart was attacked after Sanders became aware of the matter. A murder case is found in the book “Colonel Sanders and the American Dream” by Josh Azarski. Unable to tarnish Sanders’ reputation, Stuart shot and killed Robert Gibson, the manager of the shale gas station. Police arrested Stuart, who was sentenced to 18 years in prison. But even after Stuart’s arrest, Sanders had to face many questions. ‘

The world’s first KFC

Kentucky started fried chicken in 1952 with just fried chicken. Later he added fast food items. Then KFC’s first franchise was Sanders’ friend Pete Harman. Pete Harman enthusiastically ran a huge restaurant business. Encouraged by Pete Sanders’ keen appreciation of KFC’s taste, he opened a new branch in Salt Lake City.

Pete Herman was KFC’s first franchise and KFC’s first chain shop was launched with enthusiasm. According to Josh Ozarski, ‘Sanders does great business in the restaurant next to the station. At one point he took his friend Pitt with him to open a new branch to expand his business. Pete came to Kentucky with Monica. Back then, KFC’s bucket-sized food serving box looked different. Pete Herman signed a franchise agreement with Sanders’ KFC for 105 USD a month.

Faatiha Aayat

Faatiha Aayat, a 9-year-old American of Bangladeshi descent, is a fourth-grade student in the Gifted and Talented program in New York City. She has already received an honorable mention in the national level math competition. She regularly attends various UN conferences and talks about the rights of disadvantaged children.

For children of her age, she uploads content on YouTube on mathematics, coding, science, news, commentary on the Qur’an, and contemporary issues. Love to draw pictures and write letters. Although a citizen of the United States, she has a deep love for her homeland. That’s why seven-year-old Faatiha has spoken at the United Nations about the deforestation of Bangladesh by the Rohingya and its detrimental effects on global warming.

When she was asked in a national level math competition in the United States, this is not an international event, why are you carrying the flag of Bangladesh? Her fluent reply was, ‘Since no one in my predecessor’s country has ever won this competition before, I consider this achievement of mine to be the achievement of all of them. I am dedicating this award to all mathematical students in Bangladesh. ‘ These are Faatiha verses of Bangladeshi origin. https://youtube.be/MzrMsWcpzMI

Even though she lives in this country, Bangladesh is bright in her heart. Faatiha spoke about how she first went to the UN, October 11 is International Girl Child Day. Due to various engagements, the United Nations organized the International Girl Child Day 2016 on October 13, two days later. This 13th October is her birthday again. That year her parents wanted to give her a surprise as a birthday present. So they contacted the organizers of the event and took her to the ECOSOC chamber at the UN headquarters.

Faatiha said, “The chief guest of that event, the Minister of Women’s Affairs of Canada, Mariam Monsef, mentioned me in her speech and the hall was filled with applause and greetings from about 700 senior government officials from different countries. From then on, my interest in participating in various UN events grew and one opportunity after another kept coming. Faatiha Aayat last spoke at the United Nations on August 12, World Youth Day. Satya Tripathi, the Assistant Assistant General of the United Nations, who was present there, mentioned Faatiha in his speech. http://youtube.com/faatihaaayat

Earlier, Faatiha participated in the 16th International Conference on Human Rights 2019, United Nations Day 2018 and, Women Peace and Security Agenda 2018. In these programs, Faatiha talks about child abuse, gender inequality, domestic violence, inhumane life in refugee camps, and the effects of climate change on children. Even in the math competitions that Faatiha takes part in, she talks about children’s right to a happy education.

Regarding maths, Faatiha says she is always very nervous at the beginning of any competition. Her father gets angry when she sees her getting nervous. Her father could not think of any alternative to being confident. Faatiha’s mother then gave her courage. For example, there were five events in the 2016 National Mathematics Pentathlon Academic Tournament. Faatiha lost the first two events. Because she was very nervous. She was five and a half years old at the time, the first math tournament of her life, and again such a big national event. Mom gives her a lot of courage, a lot of care. Then Faatiha won the remaining three events and became the first Bangladeshi to win the title of ‘Honorable Mention’ in that competition.

She also participated in JI Math Olympiad 2019, National Math Festival 2019, Global Math Week 2018. Faatiha has some video tutorials on her Facebook page and YouTube channel. They have a studio in one corner of the living room in their home. Her parents used to help her, now she dresses, prepares a light-camera and records the video, edits it herself in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and uploads the video herself.

In addition to mathematics, Faatiha also uploads content on science, geography, coding, Qur’anic exegesis, and contemporary issues. There are videos of Faatiha on the Kashmir issue, as well as videos of her letter to the mayor of New York about the garbage truck and the answers she gave. Faatiha has two books on Amazon, unwrapped by fiction writer Anisul Haque. Faatiha has wanted to be an astronaut since she met astronaut Don Thomas at NASA, astronaut Nicole Stott at the National Science Festival, and scientist Nathan Ruthman at the Science Port.

It seemed that there was nothing more enjoyable than seeing the earth from space. But since the first day of fasting, she no longer wants to be an astronaut. Now she wants to contribute to world civilization by doing something when she grows up so that not a single child spends a day in hunger or thirst. That can happen in many ways. For example, if she is a geological engineer, she will build a rainwater reservoir for more use without wasting rainwater, which will quench the thirst of children in all parts of the world.

If the genetic scientist discovers the DNA profiles of different foods, she will make them more nutritious for children. After all, whatever she is, she wants the profession to be for children. Advertising “Ever since I came to the United States at the age of four, my parents have been very careful not to let my first language become English,” Faatiha said. My father listens to BBC Bangla news with me every day, if I don’t understand anything there, I ask my father. I watch Bengali movies every weekend with my mother. I can read and write Bengali. Even though I am in New York, I regularly read the textbooks of the board of Bangladesh. ‘

Faatiha Aayat said, ‘I have won many painting competitions. Dad decorated his office with my paintings. Teachers use my drawings in various school leaflets and materials. After reading the storybooks, I cover them using ProCreat apps on the iPad. I write letters to many. I recently visited Alaska. When I came back, I wrote letters to forest rangers, glacier pilots, adventure guides, eco artists and sent pictures taken with them.

The day Faatiha Aayat first fasted, she wanted to eat a lot. Before Iftar, Faatiha thought that she would eat all the food and water in the world. Her father then told her that thousands of children her age in Yemen, Syria, Palestine, Somalia, and Ethiopia were starving every day, just as she was hungry that day. Faatiha Aayat has changed her dream since that day.

As soon as you enter the white house, the backyard will take away your mind first. Pure oxygen. Everywhere in the house is a companion tune by itself. The house is surrounded by strange peace. Whose house? I can tell the fate of his mind by saying a few lines. “How much does it cost to get a hundred? I float as many numbers as I want in the water.

When I sit alone and watch the firefly silently. Ask how dare you, so foolish! ” It will be four o’clock in the afternoon. The interview was right. So he came to the front. I could not understand how to speak so small. I wanted to know, now is the time to go to play? He said yes. But I will not go today. Today I will go home a little mama. Little Shreyan. Already many big stars will lose popularity.

Not only Medinipur and Kolkata, he has to run all over India. I even had to cross South Africa a few days ago. Shreyan Bhattacharya said many things in a chat.

Class seven, how to read, how to handle everything, what is lacking?

Not at all. It happens. I love both. If you love, time goes out. And my school friends love me very much. They say ‘You sing. We will give the notes. Is the word “Saregamapa” just a notation? Song. Just songs and my parents’ dreams. My dream too.

Shreyan Bhattacharya
Shreyan Bhattacharya

What would everyone say when Saregamapa won?

It’s a funny thing. At that time, everyone was doing well in school. Sing. Now a lot has become normal.

The trailer of “Hami” will be released tomorrow. Your song “Vhutu” is already quite popular. How was the work experience?

This is Anirban Dar’s song. There is strange happiness in this song. Nothing was created when I recorded the song.

For whom the song, you and he are both small, so how did that ghost?

Quite a friendly boy. Talk about rubbing salt in my wounds – d’oh! I also love to talk. But I talk to those I mix with. It was nice talking to him.

Work has been done with Arijit Singh, how did it feel?

Great experience. At first I was scared, I thought how can such a big man be, but when I went to work, I understood. He is very down to earth.

What is the best event in life so far?

Meet Ashaji. She blessed me a lot. The biggest find is they remember me. She has always given me a lot of love and blessings whenever she has seen me. There is one more great event. My album. Uncle Shrijat, Uncle Joy all taught me music. This album won the Mirchi Music Award.

What else is there to like without music? Shreyan’s mother gave this answer well. She said that if he didn’t sing, he would watch the car on YouTube all day. He will probably buy the car as he wants when he grows up. One of these incidents happened. My eldest son means his grandfather’s high school exams are over. Everyone went out to eat together. Suddenly I see the driver talking, they are driving. I was scared to see.

If the mother is worried the child may suffer

0

If the mother is worried, the child may suffer from mental illness. Mother’s anxiety or any kind of stress affects the child’s mind. So experts are not worrying mothers unnecessarily. If you think that you can keep your child at bay or avoid anxiety, then remember that you are not successful in that strategy.

When a child tells a lie or does something wrong, you can see that the child has that ability. If the mother’s mind is not good, it has a double effect on the child. First of all, he also gets upset. Secondly, he is worried because he does not know everything clearly. From which arises the fear of losing the mother. Which cannot be expressed. But the child’s mind is stressed because the thought is spinning in his head.

According to a study published in the journal Biological Psychiatry, a pregnant mother is more likely to have a congenital disease if she is stressed or if she spends her days in anxiety. Most of the time it is a mental illness. Your child may have Down syndrome. For the study, the researchers sequenced the genome of the mitochondrial.

Mutations in 365 placental samples were detected from mothers. A multivariable regression model was used to look at maternal stress relative to the number of gene mutations in the placenta mitochondrial genome. Mothers who face stress have psychological problems with their children. So stay away from anxiety stress while having a baby in the womb.

Not only this, with the help of this child you can get rid of stress and anxiety. If it cannot be avoided, creating a situation where you can share it with your child without hiding it. With the child’s perception of wrongdoing, the knowledge of his duties towards you will increase.

Jahangirnagar University: A unique institution of education and research

0
Jahangir Nagar

Jahangirnagar University: A unique institution of education and research. On the occasion of the golden jubilee of this university, which is the same age as the independence of Bangladesh, the goals and objectives and achievements of the university can naturally come under discussion. Before that, I think it is relevant to highlight the history of the establishment of this university. During the British rule, the demand for establishing a higher education institution in East Bengal became increasingly strong.

Lord Hardinge, the Chief Administrator of Undivided India, visited Dhaka in December 1911 after the decision to partition Bengal was annulled. At this time Nawab Sir Salimullah and many others demanded the establishment of a higher education institution for the people of East Bengal. The University of Dhaka was established in 1921 by the British administration in response to the demands of the people of East Bengal. Pakistan gained independence on 14 August 1947 and India on 15 August. Then the name of East Bengal was East Pakistan.

Although the universities of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Agriculture, Engineering and Chittagong were established between 1921 and 1966, it was not possible to meet the demand for higher education in East Pakistan. Therefore, according to the plan, the foundation stone for the establishment of a university near Dhaka was officially laid at Salna in Gazipur district, 40 km away from Dhaka. But for various reasons, a new site for the university was finally selected  in Savar, about 30 km from Dhaka. Asian Highway over Savar. The site of the new university is set on the west side of this highway.

On the east side there is a dairy farm, Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute, on the north-east side there is Savar Cantonment and the National Memorial. Dr. as the head of the university project. Surat Ali Khan was appointed. On 20 August 1970, the East Pakistan government issued an ordinance naming the new university ‘Jahangirnagar Muslim University’. In September 1970, the first vice chancellor of the university joined the eminent chemist Professor. Mofizuddin Ahmed. On 12 January 1971, Rear Admiral SM Ahsan, Governor of East Pakistan and Chancellor of the University, officially inaugurated the ‘Jahangirnagar Muslim University’. But before that, classes in Economics, Geography, Mathematics and Statistics started on January 4.

The number of students in the first batch was 150. The University Act was passed in 1973 in the first session of the National Parliament of Independent Bangladesh. In this act, the name of the university was changed to ‘Jahangirnagar University’. Jahangirnagar University, established on 698.56 acres of land, currently has 36 departments under 5 faculties. There are also the Institute of Information Technology (IIT), the Institute of Business Administration (IBA-JEU), the Bangabandhu Institute of Comparative Literature and Culture, the Institute of Remote Sensing and the Language Education Center. There are 16 residential halls. There are 6 under construction.

The number of students is 15 thousand. On the eve of the Golden Jubilee, the current Vice-Chancellor Prof. Under the leadership of Farzana Islam, the physical infrastructural changes of the university are noticeable. Further development projects of the university worth about Tk 1,400 crore are underway, which, if completed, will completely eliminate the housing problem of the university, which has developed into a fully residential university. Under this project 8 residential halls for students, residential towers for teachers-officers and staff, administrative building, state-of-the-art convention center, examination hall will be constructed. In addition, a few academic buildings and a central library will be expanded.

Needless to say, once the work of this project is completed, the appearance of the university will change radically. There may be differences of opinion among experts as to whether the radical change in physical infrastructure during the golden jubilee of the university is in line with the development of education and research. Nevertheless, with the development of physical infrastructure, timely opening of new departments, admission of more students, connection of sophisticated equipment in the laboratory, there is no denying that it adds a new dimension to the development of education.

The success or achievement of this university in 50 years cannot be briefly highlighted in this article. Teachers and students of this university have shone in the fields of education, research, society, culture, politics, leadership in running the state, etc. The university has a lot of fame in innovation and innovation. In this article, I am trying to highlight some of the novelties and innovations of the university in its 50th golden jubilee.

At present, the founding anniversary is celebrated in all types of public and private educational institutions. Jahangirnagar University is a pioneer in celebrating this day. In 2001, the then Vice Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University, renowned economist Professor Abdul Bayes introduced the celebration of ‘University Day’. The current vice chancellor of the university to create a new precedent. Farzana Islam’s name has been added. Prominent anthropologist Professor. Farzana Islam has achieved the honor of being the first woman Vice Chancellor among the government universities of the country by being appointed as the Vice Chancellor of this University.

The university currently has a female registrar. Rahima Kaniz has been appointed as the Registrar, setting a precedent among government universities. The world-class research institute ‘Wazed Mia Science Research Center’ has set a unique example of science practice. The research center is funded by the World Bank and the University Grants Commission. The Department of Drama and Drama Theory and Archeology of this University was the first among the universities of the country to be opened. Jahangirnagar University’s ‘Muktamancha’ is Bangladesh, the first in South Asia, which was built during the time of Vice-Chancellor Professor Zillur Rahman Siddiqui.

Jahangirnagar University is called the cultural capital of the country. The journey of this open stage, known as the pilgrimage place of the cultural capital, started in 1960 with the staging of the play ‘Shakuntala’ written by Selim Al Deen. Hall named after anti-British movement leader Pritilata, language movement commemorative sculpture ‘Amar Ekush’ Liberation War memorial sculpture ‘Sangshatak’ language hall named after Shaheed Salam Barkat and Rafiq Jabbar Student Hall named after Jahanara Imam, Student Hall named after former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, Student Hall named after Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, daughter of Father of the Nation, Hall named after Sufia Kamal, one of the pioneers of women’s awakening, Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunch The uniqueness of this university has come to the fore through the naming of the student hall. Jahangirnagar University was the first of the country’s universities to launch a ‘journalist association’.

At the university level, ‘Sammilita Sangskritik Jote’ was formed at Jahangirnagar University itself, with various organizations working at the university as its partners. Everyone knows the unique contribution of Jahangirnagar University in establishing natural reservoirs and guest bird sanctuaries. Jahangirnagar University has a unique reputation for organizing bird fairs and butterfly fairs across the country. These two fairs were first introduced here in Bangladesh. The contribution of Jahangirnagar University in conserving biodiversity by setting up endangered wildlife conservation centers and butterfly parks organized by the Department of Zoology has been appreciated at home and abroad.

Another professor of zoology. Monwar Hossain has collected a significant number of butterflies and named them, which is unique. In the light of the directions of His Excellency the High Court, the first anti-sexual harassment cell was formed in Jahangirnagar University. The Puppet Drama Research Center has been opened for the first time at Jahangirnagar University to study the history and tradition of puppet dance in Bangladesh. Jahangirnagar University has opened the first school-university level ‘Anandasala’ for children with special needs. A unique precedent has been set for the production of natural gas from the collection of garbage without dumping it here and there.

We notice various types of news about Jahangirnagar University in the media at different times, especially in the newspapers. Among these news, we also notice the news of the achievements and success of the students-teachers and researchers of the university as well as the negative news about various problems and irregularities. Basically, the student journalists of this university send these news. ‘Not some good news, some bad news’ – Jahangirnagar University’s good reputation may not find a place in the media in this standard of news.

We also notice news about various groups, conflicts, quarrels and their activities in student-teacher politics. I noticed the news of delay in publishing the results of the test, but I did not see the news of quick release of the results. We see a lot of news about him when some of the teachers do not go abroad for higher studies. But I don’t see much news about someone who has returned with good world-class research. Jahangirnagar University Professor of Physics, two percent of the world’s best scientists. A. A. Mamun and Professor of Biochemistry and Anatomy. The news of Ibrahim Khalil’s unique success was expected in more and more newspapers.

Needless to say, the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Jahangirnagar University came at a time when the whole world was in the throes of an epidemic. As Corona has taken on a permanent form, people are becoming accustomed to virtual meetings, seminars and events, thinking about alternatives to their past lives. On November 24, 2020, the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Farzana Islam highlighted the administration’s thoughts on celebrating the Golden Jubilee. Director of the Student-Teacher Center, Prof. The Vice Chancellor said, “We hoped to celebrate the golden jubilee of Jahangirnagar University in a very stylish manner.” But we may not be able to do that because of the bad times in Corona.

Nevertheless, sincere efforts will be made to highlight the history and tradition of 50 years of golden achievement of the university. On that occasion we will have the blessing of our lives. Corona is in fact lifeless without students in the current event. This issue will be taken into consideration while organizing the event. We will use this happiness of the fourth industrial revolution of information technology during the Corona epidemic to organize various programs online. The Vice-Chancellor said, “We are noticing that the golden jubilee of the victory of independent Bangladesh on December 16, the golden jubilee of the establishment of this university on January 12 and the birth centenary of the great leader Bangabandhu on March 16 have three special days.” The Vice-Chancellor said, “Subarna Jayanti celebrations will be organized in the next one year.”

Jahangirnagar University is moving forward by celebrating its golden jubilee. It can be said that the success or achievement of Jahangirnagar University on the eve of Subarna Jayanti is brilliant. In the future, it is hoped that the country and the nation will be richer in the practice of free-thinking and knowledge-science of this university.

Shining Star in contemporary Bengali literature

0
Rabeya-Khatun

Shining Star in contemporary Bengali literature.Sardar Fazlul Karim, an epistemologist, said about death: ‘The day of death of a person is his real birthday. So the birthdays we celebrate, some in their fifties, some in their forties or sixties – are not very accurate. Because even then the whole portrait is not in front of us. Even then the circuit was not complete. Indeed, the lifespan of a human being can be fully traced only after his death. The biography of Rabeya Khatun, a well-known multi-dimensional writer of Bangladeshi literature, which started on December 26, 1935, was completed on January 3, 2021. She was born during the British rule at her uncle’s house in Bikrampur, then Dhaka district. Her ancestral home is in Srinagar police station. Father Maulvi Mohammad Mulluk Chand, mother Hamida Khatun. Her father was in government service and her grandfather was a hobby poet.

She spent her childhood and adolescence in a rented house in the alleys of Raysaheb Bazar in old Dhaka during the British rule. Rabeya Khatun has lived a colorful and long life. For more than seven decades, she has written literature in concentrated pursuit. Very few Bengali language writers have had the opportunity to write literature for such a long time. Novels, short stories, memoirs, travelogues – all these are her great works.

Rabeya Khatun is one of the pioneers of the ‘new literature’ movement in post-Kallol-post-East Bengal. She made her debut as a writer in the 1950s, when the lives of Muslim women in East Pakistan were marred by many restrictions. Being the daughter of a conservative Muslim family, she was not allowed to go to college after school. After passing SSC, she did not do any formal education as she was not interested in it. Rabeya Khatun has had to overcome many obstacles to write since her childhood. 1947-49. Two or four stories have already been published in newspapers. In the eyes of teenage Rabeya, the dream was to become a writer.

When the dream is about to come true, a letter comes in a hurry from Rabeya Khatun’s elder sister’s father-in-law’s house. The letter read, “The handwritten newspaper of Rabu is seen by the men of the office, for which I have to be reprimanded.” At that time, despite the objections of her parents, Rabu kept herself engaged in the pursuit of creativity. In the course of time, the teenage Rabu of that day became Rabeya Khatun, a well-known multi-dimensional writer of Bangla literature. Honored with the state’s highest honor, the Freedom Award.

Rabeya Khatun was married to ATM Fazlul Haque, editor and film director, on July 23, 1952. Instead of following the traditional path, he chose the work of cinema magazine and fiction at that time. However, in adulthood, she kept herself confined in a ring. To many she was a distant writer. Many of this generation were familiar with her writing or name but were not in touch. The first meeting with the delightful writer Rabeya Khatun took place in July 2012. Her residence in Gulshan is in the ‘corner of the house’. Talks were held with her for a publication called ‘Artificial’. At that time, I learned in conversation, various aspects of life and literature. It is unthinkable to see a humble, sharp personality, low voice, slow steps, full smiling face, behind this personality is an impossibly powerful writer in Bengali language.

Of particular note are Rabeya Khatun’s struggle with literature and her struggle for survival in general in the context of the beleaguered Bengali Muslim society of the 1950s. The dreaminess in which she started her life was not uninterrupted. As a young woman, she went on the longest journey of her life with her four children. That path was not smooth. In addition to writing, she has taught. She was involved in many other things. She was a council member of Bangla Academy. Member of the Constitutional Steering Council of the National Library, Judge of the Jury Board of the National Film Awards, Member of the Council of the Children’s Academy.

Rabeya Khatun’s writing is handcuffed with novels. The subject matter of her writing was as varied as her life experience. Contemporary politics, liberation war, language movement, history of the masses, development of the middle class, settlements, life of artificial citizens parallel to the natural rural life, patriotism etc. were the subjects of her fiction. Madhumati – The first published novel is about the tragedy of the lives of the people of the weaving community. Later, a film was made based on ‘Madhumati’. Other films were made – ‘Glass Walls’, ‘Sometimes Clouds Sometimes Rain’, popular liberation war based novel ‘Cloud after Cloud’.

Over seven long decades, 400 stories, 50 novels, and more than 20 travelogues were published. Children’s literature and other writings worth mentioning. Traveling the country was one of Rabeya Khatun’s addictions. She has toured different countries of the world with intense investigative vision. Travel not only lived well, loved to express her joy and appreciation in words. She has broken the traditional table of writing travel stories in Bengali language. Her immortal writings on the war of liberation, diary of the blockade of nine months – ‘Nine months of 1971’, ‘Slaughterhouse’. Not only the war of liberation, but also the background of the language movement he wrote Ferrari Surya, Ghatak Ratri, Hiran Dah, the name of the garden is Malnichhara and Hanif’s horse. Her writings have been translated into many languages of the world. She will survive as a shining star in contemporary Bengali literature. Humble respect to her.

Non-political voluntary social organization “Icche Forum

0

The non-political voluntary social organization “Icche Forum” started  its journey on June 1, 2016 in the hope of putting a smile on the face of some disadvantaged people in the society with the dedication of four youngsters, Anto, Masha, Asif and Rupa together.

The first part of the journey was not easy at all for the four young men Obstacles kept coming from various directions, but they did not give up The smiles on the faces of the underprivileged people of the society are the ones who are dearest to them. The longer the journey, the harder it is, but the four young men continue to spread their dreams among other young people in the community.

That’s how they got organized, and four years later, they’ve become the love organization of 30 young people. Just as an indomitable will is required to run an organization, so is money The volunteers of the forum from the very beginning basically deposit some money in the fund of the organization from their own hand expenses or extra expenses every month. They may be small in amount, but enough to make some people smile They may not be able to do much, but they try their best to stand by the backward people of the society.

When other young people in the society celebrate Eid or various festivals with their family or some special people But Icche Forum volunteers also rush to those festivals to share the joy of the festival with people who have someone to share their joy with. Icche Forum is a voluntary organization originally formed in Rajshahi city and has been working since its inception to bring smiles to the disadvantaged people of Rajshahi society.

The families of the current members of the forum and some of the older brothers and sisters have extended a helping hand in this work. Every year since the inception of the Icche Forum, the organization has distributed Iftar in Ramadan on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the main festival of Muslims, as well as Eid items such as food and clothing as gifts to the underprivileged.

Later, Durga Pujo, the main festival of the traditional religion, also gives food and clothes to the underprivileged people of the traditional religion. The most interesting thing is that on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr when everyone is busy chatting with their families and friends, on this afternoon the members of Icche Forum give food to the disadvantaged children and hang out with them all afternoon.

Also, every winter, people go out at night with winter clothes for the cold-stricken people Asked about going out at night, Tahmid Hossain Anto, the forum’s founder, said it was an “exceptional step” to find those who really needed winter clothes. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. Our country is also shaken by the Corona epidemic that is going on all over the world this year From the beginning of this problem, the members of the forum have done various kinds of work at risk.

In March, they organized an awareness campaign against corona in two slum areas of Rajshahi A few days later, they distributed about 500+ masks and 100 pitch hand sanitizers among the pedestrians on their own initiative. Later, the lockdown started and Ramadan came again. At first they helped some people and distributed Iftar, but after a while it was not possible to stand by the helpless people with their own pockets.

Then the organization called on the people of different classes and professions of the society to come forward with them. Using the money collected properly, he visited the homes of 156 lower and lower middle class families and delivered a week’s worth of food as a gift. Their work comes on the page of Pure Frutica Juice, one of the bands of Bengal. Which they admire to many people.

The founder of the organization further said that not only the backward people but also the young generation of Rajshahi are organized for humanitarian and social activities. They have worked together many times with various other organizations. Icche Forum organized book fairs in 2016 and 2017 with Rajshahi Comedy Club and in 2020 on its own initiative keeping in mind the readers of Rajshahi. Which has recently gained appreciation from book lovers in central Rajshahi.

Other youths of Rajshahi also work as volunteers in the book fair They also have all the wonderful activities centered on different days or festivals. When the founder of the organization was asked about some of the achievements of the organization, he said that the greatest achievement is the love and good wishes of the people for the organization. The most important thing for them is the smiles on the faces of the backward people, which is one of the inspirations of their work.

The organization won the “Youth Excellence Award 2019” in November 2019 in Dhaka for their work. Organized by the Youth Club of Bangladesh and supported by the Foundation for People and UK Aid. Icche Forum is working to improve the living standards of the disadvantaged and backward people of Rajshahi. Some future plans have already been taken Among them are some special plans ahead of the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha Which is not possible for them alone.

So they want everyone by their side, big or small. Icche Forum founders and members dream of a hunger and poverty free Bangladesh They believe that through will power and unity they will one day reach their goal
