The Online Shopping Fiesta

0

The Online Shopping Fiesta. Due to the pandemic COVID-19 the people of the world are in a massacre. Every day people are dying in many countries. Every day people are getting affected. Thus, for our safety we are staying home quarantine or else we can say lockdown. This is the worst possible scenario people could be in this 21st century.

And at this very situation of our country when more people are getting affected day by day, people are dying every day. It comes the biggest festival in our nation that is Eid-ul-Fitr. Though it is the main festival of the Muslims, overtime Eid has become a festival of the nation keeping aside the religious differences.

Eid is the high time of shopping in this area. People love to visit the stores and buy Panjabis, Shares, and their favorite and needed merchandise. So every eid the markets remain so busy with the movements of people. The brands and fashion houses bring new collections. But this Eid is different due to this pandemic.

Though online shopping has become popular in our country for quite a time. Still the majority of our population have doubts over the quality of the products online and prefer to shop directly. But this year is different. Though govt. has given permission to open the markets for a certain period of time.

Most of the big markets like Basundhara shopping complex, Jamuna future park, New Market, etc. are closed by the decision of their owner committees because of this pandemic. People are also conscious of their safety. So a very less amount of people have gone to the market or going. But as it is Eid, people have the urge and wish to do shopping. And that’s where comes the online shopping sector.

This year this pandemic has changed the whole shopping scenario. A huge number of people are buying goodies online. That’s why the online store’s sales are sky-reaching. Also the brands are coming through their online pages to provide their quality goodies to people online.

In a recent interview the founder of StudioMM the trending hot online store has told that they were expecting fewer people’s participation in the shopping that’s why they brought out a limited collection of panjabis, but they received an overwhelming response. Their Punjabis were sold off within days. The same thought has come from the owner of Gorur ghash and Harlow bd when asked about the sales.

The founder of Rulmaker shirts also provided us with similar info. Talking to the founder of shoe store Craftsman, they shared the same idea that a huge number of their shoe collection has been sold through their online page. And this is just not the scenario of Bangladesh rather than other Muslim countries like Pakistan, Algeria in those countries also most of the shoppings are being done online this Eid.

So, the whole scenario sums up as the positives this lockdown has done to the online stores. This Eid is an online fiesta. But none of us want this pandemic to continue, rather may Allah get us rid of this COVID-19 soon and our earth and country become normal again, where we can go shopping with our families together.

So stay home, stay safe, and Eid Mubarak. May Allah bless us all…

The environment of a developing country after lockdown

0
open road

COVID-19 the threat that has stopped the whole world at once. All the human machines have stopped, the capitalistic world has stopped. It has shown that just virus can single-handedly stop the whole economy of the world, that our prejudice is not sustainable. The inhabitants of this earth, humans are facing their worst times. So What will be The environment of a developing country after lockdown?

But on the other hand this very COVID-19 has bestowed blessings upon the environment of the earth. The world has taken fully a new face in the last few months. The rivers became full of life, Dolphins returned to their abode, The trees took a new birth, The environment became greener. The best example of that is the Viena of Italy, the scenario has changed completely.

All of this because deforestation stopped, wildlife trading stopped, the factories stopped, Greenhouse gases stopped coming out, the factories stopped, air pollution vanished, water pollution, soil pollution vanished, the biggest source of greenhouse gas Oil industry stopped. All of this has come as a blessing of this lockdown. The environment of a developing country after lockdown is now the question of time.

But this COVID-19 has created a huge hazard in Human life, killed so many people throughout the whole world. The whole world faced this virus together. And slowly it’s decreasing, and if not than also, the lockdown is opening slowly. Every country is coming back to its regular faces.

Now the question is what will be The environment of a developing country after lockdown? how a developing country like us, how we can ensure a healthy environment after this lockdown, with the help of people from all sectors and the whole society.

1.THE CREATION OF CLEAN AND GREEN JOBS:

We have a huge number of unemployed people in our country. We will have to ensure clean and green jobs for them. Not just working in factories and producing CFCs. But they will work towards the preservation of nature. They will engage themselves in preserving nature through their jobs and ensure less harm to the environment in society. And keep the environment clean and green.

2.AN ECONOMIC SHIFT FROM GREY CONCRETE TO GREEN NATURE:

We can introduce economic shifts in out industries in which there will be a transformation in the work procedures of the industries where they will focus on the well being of nature through their works rather than the procedures that are hazardous for the environment.

3.INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE WITH AN END TO FOSSIL FUEL SUBSIDIES:

We have to invest in the future for any kind of works keeping in mind fossil fuel. Our main component in the future should be natural gas, biogas and the other fossil fuels should be the main focus in building an environment protecting the future.

4.INCORPORATION OF CLIMATE RISK IN THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM:

The world has to acknowledge the situation and reality of climate risk. If we don’t protect the environment the environment will backfire on us. The recent environmental hazards have already shown how dangerous the curse of the environment can be. So we have to incorporate the environmental risks with our financial system.

5.International Co-operation: The world is now a global village.

The 4th industrial revolution has started. The whole world is now connected in a single thread. So all the things in the world have to do with the connection of people. Without the co-operation of every country or the other countries saving the environment is not possible. So International co-operation is a must in this regard.

6.UNITY AND CONSCIOUSNESS:

Last but not least is the unity and consciousness among normal people or citizen. The people should be aware of the consequences of environmental pollution and they should become conscious to save our earth by preserving the environment.

By implementing these things and other various measures taken through repeated discussion we will become able to preserve the environment also after the lockdown like now. And make our earth beautiful again.

Message to all those who are in quarantine

0

This message to all those who are in quarantine. Imagine the endless possibilities that await us out the window, out in the world and hold onto its last droplet because you will need it once the world has had a chance to heal and we have had a chance to rest, to slow down to take a breather and come back a lot stronger, more determined than ever before.

Let this time test our patience, give it your 100%, honestly and you will pass with flying colors, undoubtedly. Cherish the time you have with your loved ones, for lost time can never be recovered. Let this time be invigorating. Let go of expectations and make the most out of it by simmering down.

Have faith.

Everything has an end.

So, will this pandemic.

Have faith that we make it through this.

Have faith and there shall come a day when we will wake up to that familiar sound of our alarms to get run through our morning routines and rush out the door to our own destinations.

That day the sound of our alarms will seem musical.

That day the sun will shine a tad bit brighter.

That day our coffee will taste divine and we will enjoy every sip as we bask in the warmth of the sunlight, soaking up every last glimmer.

That day the ensuing hubbub of shouting and bargaining at the local marketplace will not give us a monstrous headache.

That day the honking cars and ever so competitive local buses overtaking one another will not drive us insane.

That day everything that makes us bitter with rage will appear to be a little bit smaller.

That day staying home will not feel like a punishment.

That day we will be set free.

Have faith, that day will come.

Have faith.

And when that day arrives, we should not take it for granted. We should make our days count and recline through our nights. We should burn the midnight oil when needed but promise to take a timeout to re-energize. We should take care of this World for it has given us our second chance.

Four Suggestions to Smoothen Your Teenage

0

Four Suggestions to Smoothen Your Teenage. A full spoon of sweetness along with a full spoon of bitterness – that is what we can describe our teenage in the best way. This is the time when we remain very cheerful, enthusiastic about everything, and an active person at one moment, and in the blink of an eye, we become dull, depressed, frustrated humans having no reason for being alive.

Here are a few little secrets of smoothing your rough time better.

1) Open up yourself :

You must agree with the fact that you aren’t close with everybody. Being sandwiched between the pressure of our study and other emotional issues, we often forget to spend time with our close ones.

But, this is very important to puke all kinds of confusion, negative thoughts, frustration held within you. Open up yourself to your close people let it be your parents or siblings or close friends or loved ones. Share your bottled up feelings to make you relieved.

2) Make Connection :

Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something.”–H.Jackson Brown, Jr.

Make connections with people not always your betterment. Sometimes, you’ll get strength by becoming somebody else’s strength. Push others. Help your friend. Make a sweet connection where you can also come up with your problem.

3) Make Yourself Busy :

It’s quite common that ill thoughts come up to our mind when we are free. So, block your free time by making yourself engaged. Read, read, and read. This is one of the best ways to enlighten someone.

It can be writing or drawing or dancing etc. Cover dance or song or recitation. Do blogging. Participate in Olympiads and other competitions. In a word, grab all opportunities found around yourself.

4) Feed others hunger :

When you feed your hunger, you’ll be hungry again. Feed others hunger, you’ll be satisfied. So, try to help others in your possible way. Be volunteer.

These aren’t enough though, you can help yourself the best. You just have to hold the rope of faith until the dark cloud moves away.

The Impact of Corona on the Students of Bangladesh

0
students

What is the Impact of Corona on the Students of Bangladesh? The schools of our country were crowded with students wearing their uniforms being enthusiastic to learn new things even a few weeks ago. The colleges, the universities also were on their normal look having many bunches of lively students who used to be the soul of the campus.

We didn’t even imagine that such a day would come when our schools, colleges, and universities had to remain closed.

But, such crucial days have arrived. Due to the Corona pandemic, all of our educational institutions have to be off to avoid the crowd. This is certainly a very saddening thing. This affected negatively in a crucial way in the education sector.

The novel coronavirus or COVID -19

The novel coronavirus or COVID -19 has brought a sudden drastic shutdown in the overall lifestyle of every status of people. The explicatory and unstoppable spread of the virus and its deadly effect has made it clear that it has the power and the potential to wreck all the main sectors of our country including our education section.

Bangladesh is also a victim along with other countries of the world.

This new virus has kind of forced

This new virus has kind of forced almost all countries around the world to take down measures like mandatory lockdown, the shutdown of all kinds of institutions, shopping malls, office, restaurants, etc,

Flight bans, inhibit transportation, and mostly maintaining social distance to prevent the pandemic from spreading.

Samely, our country also has followed all the steps except it has to remain open the offices and the necessary institutions but all of our schools and colleges have been shut down.

Results

As a result, the normal wave of the study of our students has become interrupted. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination has been postponed. The result of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) has been delayed.

Moreover, the courses of universities have been retrograded and so the students are going to face somewhat of a session jam. Their motto of getting out of the universities and settlement has become upside-down.

Program of airing classes of several grades

Although govt of Bangladesh has started a program of airing classes of several grades on national television. Many schools have taken steps to upload video of classes in their Facebook pages by their teachers.

Also, many universities have adopted steps to take online classes so that they don’t lag behind due to this horrible situation.

The step isn’t much suitable for all of us

Unfortunately, this step isn’t much suitable for all of us. Because everyone does not afford much internet cost to attend those classes. Thus, maximum students boycott these online classes as it is not worthy for everyone.

However, the situation is crazy right now. We just pray and hope that we may recover this situation and get back to our normal busy life as soon as possible.

Being With The F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

0

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is an American sitcom series aired on TV from 1994 to 2004 lasting 10 seasons. Having an Imdb rating of 8.9, it is considered as the most popular sitcom of all time. The show revolves around the story of six friends living in Manhattan, New York. The characters are Ross Geller, Ratchel Green, Monica Geller, Chandler Bing, Phoebe Buffay & Joey Tribbiani. Now, everyone who has watched F.R.I.E.N.D.S must have their favorite characters. And if you are a F.R.I.E.N.D.S. lover, you must have anticipated being with them & hang out a bit in Central Perk. But have you ever imagined any of them as your roommate? Let’s find out how they might turn out to be as your soulful roomie!

Being with the emotional one-Ross

No need to mention that, Ross has been the most naive & emotional character in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Working in the New-York Historical Museum, Ross would irritate you by prattling about the dinosaurs and their paleontological ages. Likewise, his music couldn’t get any worse, If he starts playing his “Electrifying infinite time” (Season 4) to you, don’t forget to wear earplugs! Moreover, Ross would annoy you with his not-even-lamentable stories & would seek sympathy. Sharing his stories of failed dates due to his awful flirting skills, Ross would make you laugh out loud. Although Ross would be an irritating and melodramatic person as a roommate, he is indeed a good soul. Ross would be the person who would teach you to never give up on love. At least his unrequited love for Rachel will. Besides, Ross is a sweet & susceptible(Oops! )roomie to have.

Being with the workaholic one- Rachel

If you are lacking self-worth thinking yourself good for nothing, Rachel is the perfect roommate to zeal you up. The brave & independent Rachel Green knows how to get established on one’s own feet. So, if you’re lazy, Rachel will cheer you up like, “Oh Honey! Everything’s okay” Then again, don’t dare to irritate or annoy her. As Rachel is notorious for her awful shouts “I kneww it!!” which will blow your ears, for sure. More than that, Rachel is also very sweet and caring to her friends. But don’t trust her regarding borrowing something, she’s skillful at losing things. Remember you have to console her when Rachel fails on another date.

Safety tip: Be aware of Rachel’s (Very!)bad cooking skills.

Being with the sarcastic one-Chandler

To say nothing of, Chandler Bing is the sarcasm king. Being the roommate of Chandler would be awfully wonderful. Awful because Chandler will disturb you with his careless behavior & wonderful cause Chandler would make you laugh through his problems. That’s the best thing about the Bing! Chandler is sort of a loner but knows how to laugh through his problems. Hence, it would make him the best roommate to cheer you up.

Being with the germaphobe-Monica

Definitely, Monica is a germaphobe, the one who cleans every mess she confronts other than her the mess of her life. Monica would clean every bit of your room which is okay. But at the same point, she’ll haunt you with her sanitation. Although, Monica is a great cook and well makes the best sandwiches for you. Moreover, she’ll teach you the value of discipline in life. But, don’t get tired of listening to her inconclusive relationships and over-commitments.

Being with the blunt one-Phoebe

Caution for you if you’re Phoebe’s roomie. Since you’re gonna feel self-pity with the narcissist Phoebe Buffay. Phoebe loves herself than anything(Even the vegetarian pizza! ). She loves to do what she has in mind which can sometimes annoy you(Ugh! Phoebe doesn’t care). As a roommate, don’t try to hide something from Phoebe. Because, Phoebe always gets that. And don’t get afraid if you find out Phoebe’s (so-called) magic powers behind it. Even after the awkward moments that you share with Phoebe, she will teach you how to love yourself too.

Safety tip: Don’t let her sing for you or write a song.

Being with the ‘Play’boy-Joey

Okay! Now if you consider yourself lucky to be with Joey, brace yourself for some lethargy. Joey is undoubtedly the cutest guy amongst all. Thus, your roomie Joey will change dates very often. But don’t even dare to fall for them (like Chandler?). Also, don’t try to copy his catchphrase “How you doin’ ?”(Like Rachel did) cause it’s more like a JOEY thing. With taking all of Joey’s stupidity into account, he would be a true friend in your woes. He’ll be the man who’ll lend you ears when you’re in problem.

Safety tip: Don’t ask him to help you. The situation will get worse than you’ve even thought.

To end up, All the characters in F.R.I.N.D.S. are weird but admirable. Not to mention, they are beautiful in their dissimilarities. Even though when it comes to pizza, they are inseparable. So, whom you are choosing as a roomie?

5 ways to lead a healthy lifestyle

0
healthy

Due to coronavirus, most people are on lockdown. People might get sick due to staying at home for a long time. 5 ways to lead a healthy lifestyle. If you maintain a proper lifestyle, you can stay healthy. Let us know about 5 ways to stay healthy.

1. Apply sunlight- How much do we think about light having a good impact on our health? It is a certified truth. Those who are staying inside the house for a long time should apply sunlight even for a small amount of time. If you live in the city, you may go to your house’s rooftop, veranda or windowsill in order to get the sunlight. The mild sunlight on dawn and dusk is good.

If you’re too far away from sunlight, it can lead to mental exhaustion. Oppositely, sunlight can make hormones alive which can cut off mental exhaustion

2. Stay positive – How your health will depend mostly on how you look at it. If you keep thinking you aren’t okay, then you really aren’t okay. If you keep thinking your health is good, then you actually are good.

If we say this in another way, your mind determines most of how your health would be. Because it is true some diseases can be recovered only by the strength of the mind. Therefore build the attitude of being positive. If you’re a victim of stress, your physical problems would increase too. That’s why to reduce stress.

Indian girls bath Stock Photos - Page 1 : Masterfile3. If you don’t feel good staying at home: Do whatever you like or listen to a song Jump around a bit Close your eyes and think about a number, keep thinking, you’ll see at a point your mind has gone blank except that number. Relax your muscles. Each time a different muscle like stretch hand, legs, neck muscles then relax them. Doing it, again and again, is beneficial for you.

4. Keep track of your food habits- Ramadan is going on. Most people are fasting. Refrain from eating excessively at dawn and night after not eating the whole day. Considering you are home the whole day, you should eat light food.

And those who are not fasting because of a problem, refrain from eating rich food the whole day. Do not eat rich food at night at all. Breakfast is mainly carbohydrates and less fat. At lunch, fish, salad, rice, or bread, vegetables should be eaten. Lemon water helps digestion without any acidity.

Food plays a great role in keeping you healthy because your mood depends on what you are eating. Different kinds of food such as light food, rich food, spicy food, sweet food have a different effect on the physical condition of the body.

You can test the effect of food on your body easily. You can track a list of food you have eaten over 7 days and track which day you’re feeling fresh. Guess the intake of food you took on a particular day. Divide it into 4-5 chunks. Like this calculate if the food intake/ hard work is good. According to that, make a food habit. If you don’t think it is okay or you are bored, change your habits.

Indian little girls bath Stock Photos - Page 1 : MasterfileTry to drink more fruit juice- There is no better way than eating fresh fruits to avoid getting sick. There are numerous antioxidants in fruit and vegetable juice that protects the body. For example carrot juice. Anyone would be benefitted if they drink small amounts of carrot juice every day. There is beta carotene in carrot juice which helps us fight against diseases, enhances our ability to fight against diseases and increases our sight

Some people think about packet juices whenever they hear fruit juice. Good for you to know, no matter how much they say it is made from real fruits, preservatives are added in those. It is harmful to your health. This is why it’s healthier to drink the juice you make at home rather than buying a 250 ml packet juice. Seasonal fruits contain vitamins and minerals. But there is one thing to keep in mind when making fruit juice at home. For example do not make juice of the fruit skin or the seeds. Because it has some toxic ingredients which will reduce the minerals.

5. Work hard or workout- Do you know stretching regularly, the efficiency of your muscles and bones will stay consistent for a long time? Blood flow in the body increases, oxygen reaches equally in every part of the body. This is why the body stays more active, excitement to do any work increases. Pain in the hips in middle age decreases.

The advantages of working out regularly are: It keeps the spine soft It prevents the joints from getting hard It increases the energy It reduces constipation It helps keep the bones strong for a long time Your heart will work more efficiently Blood circulation will be better The lungs will remain in good shape for a long time High blood pressure and cholesterol would be reduced Mental pressure would not make you weak, sadness will be reduced

If you notice, our physical and mental well-being depends on our daily life. Some corrections and addition would lead to a healthy life.

The world becomes stopped and it affects human beings in every possible way. It’s greatly hampered the economy, the lifestyle, the livelihood, and everything.

But one thing is more concerning, we all may not aware of it, but it’s the truth. According to Chinese research, 40.4% of youth are psychologically prone to a psychological problem. Pandemic has significantly disrupted their lives in different ways.

Missing the first season on their varsity, or their final semester of high school, Isolating from their friends, maintaining social distance, and locked into the four walls of the house make many teens disappointed. The long time staying at home makes the experience of psychological distress, depression, and anxiety. According to researchers- locked indoors for long periods,  may lead to get “cabin fever” or feel like they are going “stir crazy” and affect more to the teenager. Isolation from friends for a long time erases the meaningful moments which also affect mental health.

At the starting of the year, every teen dreamt to have a new plan, new year, new class, new lesson, and everything new. But this becomes destroyed due to the pandemic covid19.

So It’s becoming the challenging moments for the guardian to keep their child’s mental health okay. Social Media, TV, and newspapers always try to keep the moment usable but its no more until the family elders come forward to solve this.

There are many possible ways to solve this, but more effective is to do an open conversation, without getting angry, and talk to your teens. This may create and friendly environment and will help to make a locked moment enjoyable.

Another thing is that, the teens are spending most of the time on social media, or watching TV, and they are getting more and more info on COVID19, which may make them panicked. So It’s the duty of every guardian to follow up whatever his child doing.

Try to do something together with fun like painting, drawing, coding, cross-stitching, makeup, cooking, writing, poetry, TikToks, etc. This may help to relieve the depression of teens and help to overcome the critical moment.

But remember, these suggestions won’t fix your depression anxiety at all, but help to cope with it while we’re all apart. One thing to remember, you are not alone, the situation will change soon and the world becomes busy again as it was before.

The Power of Things Written on a Piece of Paper

0

The invention of writing was meant to be for one generation to pass the torch, knowledge onto the next one. But little did we know that writing begat new leverage of human emotions. With the right writing, we can use our human emotions to our advantage. Here is how.

Ideas

“You don’t start out writing good stuff. You start out writing crap and thinking it’s good stuff, and then gradually you get better at it.”

― Octavia E. Butler

Ideas may sound obvious and even unrealistic in our heads. But wonder it does when we write them on a piece of paper. An idea when thought of in our head, it may have its doubts. But that very idea, when put on a piece of paper, seems more convincing.

Priorities

Writing down priorities, appointments, deadlines on a piece of paper is a highly celebrated practice by CEOs and important executives.

It is said that once Einstein was asked for his phone number from a colleague, and he started searching for a telephone directory to look up his own phone number! To his amusement the colleague said, “You are considered to be the smartest man in the world and you can’t remember your own phone number!” Einstein simply said, “Why memorize something that you can just look up?”

We overburden our brain by making it remember every single to-do’s we have throughout the day, making it impossible for the brain to think clearly and focus on one thing at a time.

Here is why we should consider writing our priorities down.

1)   It declutters our brain enabling us to focus better on the task at hand

2)   Every time we get done with a task or priority, we get to cross that off the list which triggers a sense of accomplishment for our brain which hits us with a boost of dopamine.

Dopamine is the hormone of pleasure. And the pursuit of dopamine can be so addicting for our brain that we might be reaching out to the next task on the list right away.

Goals

Goals backed up by a C-5 Plan (Compelling-Consistent-Concise-Clear-Committed), can make a huge impact on our subconscious mind. “A goal properly set is halfway reached.” -Zig Ziglar.

A renowned Harvard study of Goal-setting has shown that people who have their goals written somewhere are more likely to reach beyond their goals than those who just think their goals through in head.

“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.”

-Pablo Picasso

Four things promoted by Pablo Picasso. Goals, a plan, belief, and acting accordingly. All of which only comes from consistency. And a written goal with a plan is just that.

“By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be. Put your future in good hands—your own.”

-Mark Victor Hansen

Worries

“I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.”

— Anne Frank

We have all seen the affectivity of writing down ideas, priorities, and goals increases as we go. But when it comes to worries, the affectivity of worries diminishes as we write them down. It is because we humans exaggerate the dreads and consequences in our heads way too much. Author and lifestyle analyst Dale Carnegie put this term of worry-busting well in his book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. He has put forth this anti-worry technique that consists of three easy steps.

Step 1. Estimate what is the worst that can happen.

Step 2. Wholeheartedly, accept the worst and the casualties it begets.

Only then can you move on to Step 3 which is, now that you are okay with the worst casualties, extrapolate ways to minimize them.

Overwhelmed by all the dreads and worries, our first instinct is to lose our rationality and objectivity. Thinking 3 steps and answering them on paper, we get to keep our cool we need at the moment.

Gratefulness

Acknowledging and saying the things you are thankful for out loud is a celebrated ritual in almost every culture and religion. Muslims are encouraged to say Alhamdulillah, Americans are required to give an “I’m thankful for…” speech over a toast on Thanksgiving. This practice of being grateful for the existing things we have was originated from our ancestors. Well, they were onto something. Physiologically, the practice of gratitude lowers blood pressure, boosts a hit of dopamine and serotonin, known as Anti-depressant Hormones. Psychologically, it reduces our stress, enabling us to have a sound sleep. It is basically, to borrow a psychologist’s words, the practice of thinking about what you have rather than dwelling on what you don’t. Here is how you can harness the practice of writing gratefulness down on a paper.

1)   Think and thank someone on a chit mentioning the things you really appreciate about them

2)   Build a Bullet Journal Notebook to write down your small accomplishments

3)   Count your blessings on a piece of paper and have it laminated. Recite them every night before you sleep and wait for your subconscious to kick in and do the magic

Now that I wrote these points down, I believe in them even more. This is how it works. Try having a notebook and try today.

The number one player in the world chasing runs

0
The number one player in the world chasing runs Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli is used to bat in one style at the beginning of his career. He used to play standing in one place in the popping crease. But over time, that is likely to change. He moves his legs a lot while batting. King Kohli has also got big benefits by changing his style. This right-handed batsman is scoring runs with the bat. Kohli has already been named the world’s number one player for chasing runs.

Kohli explained the reason for the change in his batting style on the live show of Bangladesh ODI captain Tamim Iqbal last night. However, Tamim himself raised the issue. Tamim said, ‘When I first saw your game, I saw you standing in one place and playing. But now you go back and forth. Do a lot of leg movements. I stand in one place and play. Many coaches have talked to me, and suggested that I try to play back and forth with leg movements. But I feel uncomfortable playing that way. My question is why did you change your style of play?

Virat Kohli credits change in stance for versatility | Cricket ...

“I felt I had to play everywhere on the field,” said Kohli. Playing standing in one place like this will reduce my shots a lot. I can’t use the whole field. So I thought, if my hip best is in a good position, I can play with my legs back and forth at any time. Next I feel comfortable with my foot movements. That’s why I can play everywhere on the field. ‘

Then Tamim said, “Sachin Tendulkar has played in one place throughout his career.”The number one player in the world chasing runs is Virat Kohli.

“It’s not like everyone has to go back and forth,” said Kohli. That’s the way it feels. Many played standing but did not feel the problem. For example, Tendulkar has played in one place all his life. There was no problem with his type of play. Run effortlessly. But I think for myself, the way I play with the type of footwork has worked well for me.

Terrible damage to children’s health due to some addiction

Terrible damage to children’s health due to some addiction. People are now living at home, forced to maintain social distance to prevent coronavirus. That is why the internet has become the only means of communication at this time. Children are not excluded from using this internet. However, long-term exposure to children’s mobile phones, tabs, or computer screens can be fatal. At the same time, spending time on the screen for a long time is a kind of addiction. As a result, the child’s mental and physical development is hampered, experts said.

They say that since the children’s school is now closed and they can’t go out to play at this time, they are spending more time in front of the screen. However, experts say parents need to specify how much time children will spend in front of the screen. It is not healthy to spend too much time in front of the screen. During this time parents should build closer relationships with their children.

In a busy life, we can’t give children too much time. So in this leisure time, you have to spend time talking to children, telling stories, playing sports. Talking to children can create a new routine for this time. There will be children’s online video games. However, it is not an aggressive game, it has to be a children’s game and it has to be specified how long it will play. Because in 2017, the World Health Organization has identified the addiction to video games as a kind of disease.

Associate Professor at the National Institute of Mental Health. Helal Uddin Ahmed told Ittefaq that the children’s school was closed during the lockdown. At this time, children’s education is being harmed, on the other hand, the fear of corona among adults is spreading among children as well. In the meantime, if we make children addicted to tab-mobiles, they will not be able to give up this addiction even after the lockdown and the bond with the family will not be strong. All the things that children are playing on the tab or mobile are always aggressive. Which will hinder their mental development? Children must use mobile-tabs but must use them on logical issues, at certain times, under parental supervision.

Orbit International Bangladesh Country Director. Munir Ahmed said, our children are addicted to mobile-tab. And now the children’s school is closed, there is an endless time at home. At this time they are forced to play. Screen light is usually very harmful to children’s eyes. Corona will cause long-term damage to children’s eyes. He said that parents should give time to their children during this time. In addition, children should not be allowed to play on these devices for more than two to three hours in 24 hours

The effect of corona on the child’s mind

0

The effect of corona should not be imprinted on the child’s mind. The fear of coronavirus infection has changed people’s normal lives. Terrible fear has seized everyone from the younger to the old.

anvita

A child’s daily life is also stuck in a frightening situation of what is happening. Teenagers are unable to meet friends, which has adverse effects, parents say. And the little ones are being influenced by what they hear.Concerned scientists believe that corona can have a long-term negative effect on a child’s psyche. This will hinder the normal development of the child.

In such a situation, they suggest giving quality time to the children in the family. And psychologists say that it is possible to give children a good time by themselves.

shan

Psychological effects must be kept free

Abdus Shahid Mahmud, director of the Children’s Rights Forum, said, “We are in a state of panic, including children.” But don’t let this panic get in the way of the child being confused. So they should discuss as much as they can in front of them.

The child rights activist insisted on talking to them more and more.He said that in order to prevent corona, children should be made accustomed to the issues including hand washing, eating the foods they are being told to eat, and refraining from affecting the immune system by being too anxious.

Refrain from putting pressure on the mind

Literary writer Selina Hossain thinks that children have to understand very naturally, we will get out of this situation. Corona’s pressure cannot be given to them in any way. Reading storybooks, drawing pictures, reading textbooks are all part of their routine.

They have to expand without being detached from the place of mental consciousness. Noting that people need to develop an attitude of standing by their side at this time, he said, “We need to instill hope that the world will expand in knowledge and science and will control everything.”

The body will exercise

Even children are no longer able to go to school, play in the field, draw pictures, dance, and sing, and even hang out with friends next door. Again, the discussion of a disease hinders the place of their mental development. Adults should take that place, think human rights activist Khushi Kabir. Mentioning the importance of telling stories to children, he said, in this situation, the child will not be bothered by various questions. Be patient with them and exercise regularly. At this time, stop domestic violence.

The ability of a child to become accustomed to any environment is greater than that of an adult. So, away from the habit of this situation, Professor Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal emphasized on the development of their creative ability at this time. He thinks that at this time the parents are getting a chance to come closer to the child. So if you can spend this time well, the relationship will be strong. Do not rely on instruments

Mahfuza Jasmine, president of the Children’s Journalist Network, said to teach people to behave like a responsible person in the family. Citing the example of her 11-year-old fourth-grader, she said she was becoming more and more dependent on her computer. Reading books, writing, homework, online classes, watching movies are all done on the computer. I’m a little worried about that. There is no way to get to the roof of my house. There is no opportunity to stand on the verandah and look at the sky. She has a passion for cooking so I encourage her to collaborate on a variety of recipes, practice beautiful handwriting, and spend time writing diaries.

What the psychologist said

Psychologist Professor Mehtab Khanam thinks that mothers are a little more traced to the overall situation. Workmen are not coming home, everyone, big or small, says that his hard work has also increased. Therefore, he mentioned that the mother can keep the child well even if she is not well before. Advises her husband to plan for a crisis. She thinks that her husband also needs to help her in taking care of the house and the children. Then the quarrel between husband and wife will be less and the child will also be free from its influence. He said domestic violence and divorce are likely to increase during this time or later. So remember to control yourself by discussing the whole thing. Fill the void of big asset friend in a teenage child. Explain that it is difficult but there is nothing to do.   Let’s have a good time during the disaster by playing carom, ludo, and chess. If they want to hear the story of their childhood and adolescence, this psychologist advises them to do so. Model: Adib Ahmed Shan, Wania Jarin Anvita, Shaptarshi Rahman

Those who do not live far from their home can not realize

0
LIVING-ALONE
You don’t fathom how lucky you’re when you’re surrounded by your own people in your home. It can’t be measured the number of favors or benefits we get in our own place. Probably, for this, every bird wants to return their nest in twilight or in the end of the day. After all, that’s the place where we can find our comfort in spite of its being messy or small or however the place is… because that is our own, isn’t that?
From waking up from bed hearing your parents voice…arguing with your siblings for tiny, lame reasons; making small talks or gossips with your mother, fighting over for changing channels or making your room dirty, requesting your younger sister or brother to fetch a glass of water for you or making your younger siblings request you to share your headphone with them..to get rebuked for not curtaining mosquito net, it is an ordinary day but full of bliss.
On the other hand, when you have to live in hall or hostel far away from your home, there is no one to tell you to have your breakfast before going for classes in hurry, there is no one to rebuke you for not having meds on time, there is no one to see if you have a fever or not, there’s none to yell at you when you watch a movie for late night, there’s no one to argue with you for the silliest reason.
But, there is one thing which I must admit for sure that there’s also some advantages also of living in the hostels. Those who do not live far from their home can not realize both advantages and disadvantages of these two conditions.
However, once you step out from home, you don’t remain the same person for them. You can fathom it when you can relate it. That’s the matter which hurts much in a very weird way.
In the end, you don’t know what you’re in search of, my friend. for this reason, we can say Those who do not live far from their home can not realize.

Artist of exceptional talent -Zainul Abedin

0

Artist of exceptional talent -Zainul Abedin the pioneer of the modern art movement and a legendary Bangladeshi painter was born on 29 December, in 1914, Kishoreganj, East Bengal. In 1933, he was admitted to the government school of Art in Calcutta (now government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, India). For five years he learned British /European academic style and later he joined the faculty of the same school after his graduation. He was the First Muslim student to obtain the first-class distinction from the school.Zainul Abedin's 105th birth anniv today

In 1948, with the help of a few colleagues, Zainul Abedin found an art institution in Dhaka. Soon after, it went on to be considered the best art institution in Pakistan. After completing his two years of training from Slade School of Art in London, he started a new style ‘The Bengali Style’ where the main features were -folk forms with their geometrical shapes, etc. But later realizing his limitations he went back to rural life to make art that would be realistic but modern in appearance.

In 1943, he drew a series of sketches on the man-made famine that had spread throughout Bengal killing thousands of people. Done in Chinese ink and brush on cheap packing, the series is known as ‘Famine’, sketches with haunting images of cruelty and the utter helplessness of the victims. In 1969 and 1971 Zainul Abedin executed a few of his masterpieces that portrayed the peoples’ suffering, struggle, and protest. ‘The Rebel Crow’ in 1951 marks a high point of his style at that period. Besides ‘Two Santhal Women'(gouache, 1953),’Painyar Ma’ (gouache, 1953), ‘Four Faces’ ( oil on board, 1953)are some notable paintings of Zainul Abedin.

On the other hand, the 65 feet scroll painting (in Chinese ink, watercolor, wax) ‘Nabanna’ that he drew in celebration of the 1968 mass movement and also 30 feet scroll painting ‘Manipura’ done to commemorate the peoples died in the devastating cyclone of 1970 showed his dynamic style in his paint.

In 1975, Zainul Abedin set up a folk museum art at Sonargaon, and also a gallery in Mymensingh ( Shipacharya Zainul Abedin Museum) to gather and house his works. He became actively involved in the movement to preserve the heritage of Bengal, Bengali art, culture, etc.

This legendary artist’s art reflects the life of peoples’ loves, sorrows, pains, struggling, and dreams. Sometimes he held up his brush to express different situations of different crucial periods and protested against non-democracy.

This legendary artist of Bangladesh was effected in lung cancer and left the world on 28 May 1976, in Dhaka. We are really grateful for this talented artist. His missing is not at all compensated by anyhow.

We are proud of the martyred intellectuals of 1971

0

We are proud of the martyred intellectuals of 1971. We, the citizens of Bangladesh, love Bangladesh very much. This independent country of ours did not come by chance, we got Bangladesh after 9 long months of the war. Intellectuals are among the many important personalities we have lost in our country during this war. Let us leave the great intellectuals with the children of this generation and introduce them to who they are.

If first called what is an intellectual? What is their job? The answer, however, is that an intellectual is a person who engages in complex thinking, research, and influence on society, proposes solutions to problems, and gains recognition as a popular figure. These problems can be social, cultural, or political. They solve all these problems through their creativity. Intellectuals are the moral thinking of their time. So their moral duty is to observe the social and political situation, and to speak freely to their respective societies according to their consciousness.

Now, why were they killed in 1971? The answer is that the Pakistani forces did this to weaken the West Pakistanis and make them helpless. At the end of the War of Independence in December 1971, when the Pakistani forces realized that it was not possible for them to win the war, they killed intellectuals to weaken and cripple the newly formed country culturally, socially, and educationally.

Towards the end of the war, the invading forces realized that their rate was certain, then on 14 December they started killing intellectuals. Educationist-991, John, Journalist-13 Physician-49, Lawyer-42.

The War Crimes Facts Finding Committee has been working tirelessly since December 14, 1990 to find a slaughterhouse in Bangladesh during the War of Independence. A total of 942 slaughterhouses have been identified across Bangladesh. In most of the districts, the slaughterhouses of the liberation war are either in the areas covered by railways or roads and highways.

The whole plane that killed this intellectual was Major General Rao Farman Ali. The notorious Al-Badr forces, formed by the Jamaat-e-Islami, were behind his co-operation in the preparation of the list and the execution of the killings. After December, a personal diary of Ashrafuzzaman Khan was recovered from his house in Nakhalpara, with two pages containing the names of about 20 intellectuals and their quarter numbers at the university. According to the testimony of Mofizuddin, the driver of his car, the mutilated bodies of several intellectuals whom he shot with his own hands were found at Beel in Rayer Bazar and Shialbari in Mirpur. The main killers in Chittagong were Fazlul Quader Chowdhury and his two sons Salauddin Quader Chowdhury and Gias Quader Chowdhury.

How they were killed:

On the night of December 14, 1971, 200 East Pakistani intellectuals, including professors, journalists, doctors, artists, engineers, and writers, were gathered in Dhaka. Torture cells were taken blindfolded in Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Nakhalpara, Rajarbagh, and other parts of the city. They were later publicly executed between Rayerbazar and Mirpur.

Martyred intellectual memorial

The Ministry of Housing and Public Works and the Bangladesh Architects Institute jointly organized a national architectural competition for the design of the “Baddhabhoomi Memorial”. Where the body is found in the memorial Rayer original brick 17.68 cm thick, 0.91 m high, and 11582 m long curved brick wall. Wall itself, demonstrating the depth of sorrow and sadness, the side of which is broken.

How did we get this Martyred Intellectuals Day?

he first Prime Minister of Bangladesh Tajuddin Ahmed declared this day as ‘Martyred Intellectuals Day’. We will always have respect for these intellectuals. We will respect our language.
